We may request limited verification before addressing a record-specific request so that information is not disclosed to an unrelated person.
Keep the first message proportionate
A useful inquiry can contain your name, preferred email, relevant role interest and a short message. Depending on the channel you choose, a mobile number or availability may also be relevant. Please omit passwords, payment information, identity documents and confidential records belonging to someone else.
Following a received inquiry
When your information reaches us, it may be used to understand your question, discuss direct part-time interests, arrange appropriate follow-up and organize correspondence. Limited processing may also support security or legal obligations. Information should remain connected to the reason it was supplied rather than unrelated promotional uses.
The optional Fieldnotes record
Tallborn Fieldnotes uses TBN, Tallborn LLC's public SMS brand alias. If a messaging service is operating, consent choices, mobile details, delivery information and STOP or HELP requests may be processed to manage it. Declining messages does not prevent an application or consideration for direct part-time work.
No audience trading
Tallborn LLC prohibits sharing mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented or passed to others for independent marketing. Purchased, rented, scraped, affiliate and third-party marketing lists do not supply Tallborn Fieldnotes recipients.
Support is limited to its assigned purpose
An enabled channel may need providers for delivery, hosting, security or compliance. They may process necessary information, including SMS consent where required, only to provide that support. This is not permission for their own marketing. Disclosure may also occur to the limited extent required by law or necessary to address abuse.
Respecting a change of mind
Reply STOP to stop Fieldnotes or HELP for assistance. Email chhim@tallborn.com for requests concerning access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable rights and exceptions. A small suppression record may need to remain after an opt-out so the choice can continue to be respected.
Duration and practical safeguards
Records actually held should be kept only as needed for the relevant inquiry, recruiting discussion, preference or lawful requirement. Access should be limited and reasonable organizational and technical protections applied. Absolute security cannot be promised. Information no longer required should be deleted or de-identified when practicable.
Age and revisions
These pages and recruiting messages are not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian can raise a concern about a child's information using chhim@tallborn.com. Future changes will be reflected in the notice and its effective date; the current wording should be read when considering a new communication choice.
